Chase Bank SUCKS – Monday Morning Update and Link-o-rama

So it’s Monday July 6th and I wanted to do my update regarding my issue with Chase Bank.
As a follow up to a few private messages I received; why do I hate “just” Chase when there are other banks out there that are pulling this same stunt?
While I have credit cards with these banks they are either presently unused, I don’t carry a balance on them to be impacted by this “wonderful” practice, or they’ve simply decided as a business “just because something may be permissible, legal outright, or available to do through a loophole, doesn’t mean that it is something that should be done.
Treat your customers justly and they will stay your customers; some of us are even loyal.
Treat this one lousy and he’ll fight back. I may be one person and in the grand scheme of things as tiny as a mosquito but I will bite and draw a little blood.
On to the update:

As I outlined in my last post from yesterday “Chase Bank SUCKS – the continuing saga - BLOGGERS AGAINST CHASE BANK”
I am still waiting on follow up from Attorney General Blumenthal as well as my emails to Senator Chris Dodd and Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro.
I am trying to give some consideration due to the holiday weekend but I will follow up one final time with all of them at some point on Wednesday expecting some level of response by Friday. I may also place phone calls to their respective offices as well in an effort to be fair and try to get a response and some sort of update.
Bottom line: in general I expect all my elected officials to serve me as part of their constituency whether I voted for them previously or not.
I have voted for each of these elected officials and will expect an appropriate level of response.
